I have been a therapist for 20+ years and work with clients of all ages.  I offer both short term solution focused support and longer term insight oriented therapy.  I help clients who may be going through a stressful time in their lives; are feeling less connected, happy or fulfilled than they would like; looking to shift unhelpful patterns or are interested in self-exploration.  I have extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults and their families who are coping with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, school and social stressors, as well as mood and behavior regulation challenges.

Treatment Approach

I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from several treatment modalities to meet your unique needs and goals.  I offer practical strategies, grounded in Mindfulness, to encourage greater insight, effective coping, and an improved sense of wellbeing.  I strive to develop a collaborative connection as a foundation for our work together.  I listen, respect your process and offer a supportive environment for exploration, healing and growth.  I work closely with the parents and caregivers of adolescent and child clients, as family collaboration is essential to progress and lasting change.
